From Philadelphia and King of Prussia

Take the Schuylkill Expressway WEST to Route 202 SOUTH.  Travel PAST the Route 29 and Route 401 exits.  Take the Route 30 Exit marked Exton/Downingtown/Frazer.  IMPORTANT NOTE: The exit ramp splits; bear LEFT and take the Frazer/Business Route 30 Exit.  At the end of the ramp turn RIGHT to head WEST on Business Route 30 about ½ a mile.  At the second light turn LEFT onto Springdale Drive.  Follow Springdale Drive through a sharp right curve, about ¼ mile to Building 740 on your RIGHT.
