Frequently Asked Questions
Driving Directions to our Exton Location
From Frazer and Main Line
Take Business 30 (Lancaster Avenue) West until you cross under the Route 202 overpass. Continue West for about ½ a mile and turn LEFT at the second light onto Springdale Drive. Follow Springdale Drive through a sharp right curve, about ¼ mile to Building 740 on your RIGHT.
From Pennsylvania Turnpike
Take the PA Turnpike to the Downingtown Exit 312 (Old Exit 23). After the toll booths, bear LEFT and follow the signs to Route 100 SOUTH. Stay on Route 100 SOUTH for about 4 miles. Turn LEFT onto Business Route 30 (Lincoln Highway/Lancaster Avenue). The Exton Mall will be on your left. Continue approximately ½ mile on Route 30, cross through the Ship Road intersection, and take the first RIGHT onto Belden Blvd. Turn LEFT onto Springdale Drive at the “T” intersection, and then LEFT into the second parking lot – Building 740.
From West Chester, Wilmington and South
Take 202 NORTH PAST the Exton/Route 100 & Boot Road Exits. You will take the Route 30 Exton/Frazer Exit. Turn LEFT at the end of the exit ramp and head WEST on Business Route 30 about ½ mile. At the second light turn LEFT onto Springdale Drive. Follow Springdale Drive through a sharp right curve, about ¼ mile to Building 740 on your RIGHT.
Take the Train to Exton
When planning train travel via train, you will want to use the Exton, PA (EXT) station as your final destination. Note, the station is not within walking distance from our office, so an Uber or Lyft will be needed.

Driving Directions to our Pierce College Location
From I-95 North
Take I-95 North, past the Philadelphia International Airport to the Broad Street/Pattison Avenue exit. Travel north on Broad Street approximately 2.5 miles. Pass Pine Street and make a left on Spruce. Go one block and make a left onto 15th Street. At the next block, make a left onto Pine Street. The main entrance to Peirce College is on the right at 1420 Pine Street.
From I-95 South
Travel on I-95 South to I-676 West. Exit at Broad Street. Follow 15th Street to Pine Street (approx. 11 blocks). Turn left onto Pine Street. The main entrance to Peirce College is on the right at 1420 Pine Street.
From New Jersey Turnpike via Ben Franklin Bridge
Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 4. Take Route 73 North and follow signs to Route 38 West. Travel Route 38 West and follow signs for the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. The exit for the bridge will take you to Route 30 West/Admiral Wilson Boulevard. Cross the Ben Franklin toll bridge to the 6th Street South exit. Follow 6th Street south to Spruce Street. Turn right onto Spruce Street. Cross over Broad Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. At the next block, make a left onto Pine Street. The main entrance to Peirce College is on the right at 1420 Pine Street.
From South Jersey via Walt Whitman Bridge
Travel on the Atlantic City Expressway until it merges with Route 42 North. Follow signs to the Walt Whitman Bridge. Cross the toll bridge to Broad Street/Pattison Avenue exit. Travel north on Broad Street approximately 2.5 miles. Pass Pine Street and make a left on Spruce. Go one block and make a left onto 15th Street. At the next block, make a left onto Pine Street. The main entrance to Peirce College is on the right at 1420 Pine Street.

Using Public Transportation to Pierce College
SEPTA Subway
The Broad Street Subway’s Lombard-South is located ½ block from Peirce College. Market-Frankford and Subway Surface riders should make a free transfer to the Broad Street Line at the 15th and Market St./City Hall stop.
SEPTA Regional Rail
All Regional Rail Lines stop at Suburban Station, where riders can transfer to the nearby Broad Street Line at City Hall Station or take the 15-minute walk to Peirce College.
SEPTA Buses
Routes 14, 16 27, and 32 travel along Broad Street. Route 40 runs west on Lombard Street. Other nearby buses include Routes 9, 12, 21, and 42, which run along west on Walnut and east on Chestnut Streets. Route 40 runs west on Lombard Street.

New Jersey’s PATCO High Speed Line
Take the High Speed Line toward Philadelphia, to the last stop, or 15th and Locust Street. Take the stairs to street level at the 15th street exit (Fado Irish Pub and Cosi restaurants are across from each other). From there, walk two blocks south on 15th Street to Pine Street. Cross over Pine street and turn left. Peirce College’s main entrance is 1420 Pine, one half block up on the right.
